Impulse is dedicated to Customer Service. We don't charge for what we think we owe you as a customer of Impulse. We also realize that many of you can not call us due to the time difference or the shear fact of cost for the phone call. WE truly hope that this system will allow you to contact us and let us know what you need. Simply describe the problem in the space provided below. Make sure that you tell us what kind of computer you are using and moreover be as specific about the problem as possible. Things that won't help us are statements like.

The mouse does not work, My video card does not work, I can't render.

Simple statements like this cause us to scratch our head and say things like, I wonder if the computer is turned on.

Be SPECIFIC. If you are having problems with hardware, tell us what kindo of hardware and then tell us when the problem occurs. Something like this.

I am using a Blasto 45 bit Video Graphics adapater with 34 megs of VRAM, when I boot Imagine it says, I have a dumb video card.

We will take your comments and see what we can do to help you out. Remember that you must include your EMAIL: address. If you don't we won't be able to respond. So lets us hear whats wrong and we will do our best to help.
